Experience:
Three years or more of advanced secretarial experience emphasizing public relations
Prefer prior experience in executive department of public of public school district
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Organizes and manages routine work activities of an assigned office or for assigned position.
- Prepares all correspondence, forms, reports, etc. for the supervisor and other staff members
- Receives and screens incoming calls, takes reliable messages, and routes all too appropriate staff members
- Maintains a schedule of appointments and makes travel arrangements for department staff
- Maintains confidentiality of information
- Keeps informed of and complies with all state and district policies and regulations concerning primary job functions
- Assists the public and clients in a positive and professional manner
- Performs any other duties as assigned
- Processing all accounts receivable
- Preparation of financial reports
- Maintain current and organized files
- Attend all required orientation and training sessions
- Duties are required to ensure successful operation of the Accounting Department
- Ensure accuracy of documents and invoices

- Researches data, proofreads documents, completes forms, procedures, etc.
